- With Reprint Rights, you don’t give away the actual original file like with giveaway rights but you take the contents of the file about put it on your Web page or blog or where ever, so you should get the original source file
- With Rebrand Rights, you must give or sell the original file away and can’t use the content on any of your Web properties but you have the option of changing selected things like affiliate links before you give it away); you can only change what the author allows and don’t get the original source file. Rebrand Rights most frequently refer to reports, digital books/e-books and software that you can add your links to.
Successful marketers know that, like Giveaway Rights, you can use it to build your list and reward your customers but since you can give away the product you get a tremendous viral effect.

You can also use it as a thank you for someone coming to any of your Web properties; just give it away without obligation.
Keep your in their minds so when they are ready to purchase what you have to offer they’ll think of you.
Sell It
If the specific rights allow it, you can sell Rebrand Rights products to add an additional source of income to your business.
Use as a Bonus
You use Rebrand Rights products as a bonus for buying something from you; you can tell them about it or delight them with it as an unannounced bonus.
You can do the same thing a special, surprise bonus for signing up for your list.
Give It to Your Affiliates
As you can with Giveaway Rights products, you can give Rebrand Rights products to your affiliates to help them grow their business as well as promote your products.
They then give it away using any of the methods above.
To get even more participation try swapping rebranded products, they can give you theirs for you to use and you can give them yours for them to use, so they feel you’re getting even more value.
Submit to Giveaway Events
You can, of course, submit Rebrand Rights products to giveaway events if they allow them, some will and some won’t.
This is an easy way to gain the benefits for list building without doing a lot of additional work.
