A little while ago I talked about 5 strategies for making money with Private Label Rights content (PLR),a number of people also wanted to know specific ways to use PLR content.

This is an easy one since there are so many ways to use PLR that it could be a large book or training course in itself;in fact,it has!

In fact,there are so many ways that it will take multiple blog posts to go through them all even just briefly.

For the next few posts we’ll be looking at how to use specific types of PLR content and list of ways.

This single list will make it easy for you to keep adding new ways to use content with each ways adding even more profits to your business.

First we’ll start with 28 ways to use …

PLR Articles

Traffic Generation

1. Put the content into an autoresponder:Take the articles,put them in you autoresponder account. Send them to your list or put up a squeeze page with the articles as what they receive;this works in any niche.
2. Use the content on your blog:You need to be putting content on your blogs at least once or twice a week. Sometimes it is hard to get enough to keep that up,but PLR articles can help you fill in so you don’t have to come up with so much yourself.
3. Submit to article directories:Take the articles and rewrite them so that you change at least 30-40% of them and submit them to articles directories to get additional back links.
4. Use the PLR content as content on content sharing sites:Take the articles and create Squidoo Lenses and Hub Pages. You could even sell those after you created them.
5. Use the PLR content as content on social networking sites:Take the articles and use them on Facebook,MySpace and other social networking sites.
6. Use the content to create press releases:Take the articles and use them to create press releases about your company,niche and promotions on places like PRWeb.
7. Use the content to post answers and comments:Go to other blogs and forums in the niche or places like Yahoo! Answers and use the PLR content as the answer or comments. This generates more back links and improves your reputation.
8. Use the content to populate your own forum:Take the content and post it on your own forums to help generate participation and to improve your reputation.

List Building

9. Turn the PLR content into an online course:Take the content and combine them into multiple lessons of an online course;you probably will need to supplement them somewhat to fill out the course. Use the course with a squeeze page.
10. Use the content to create newsletters:Take the articles and create a weekly newsletter with them;you can use this with a squeeze page also.
11. Use the content to create a tele-seminar series:Take the online course you created and put on a series on tele-seminars teaching the course. Or use it to create questions and have someone interview using those as the questions or you interview someone else using them as questions. Use the replays as incentive to sign up for your list.

General Marketing

12. Give the content to your affiliates:Take the articles and offer them to your affiliates and JV partners to help them promote your products and grow their businesses.
13. Use the PLR content to create “advertorials”:A popular and very successful advertisement is the advertorial,that is,and advertisement that looks like an editorial or a review (you’ve seen them because the say in fine print and the top and/or bottom that it is an advertisement). Take your content and create one of these advertorials and either use them for your own promotions or sell them to other in the niche.
14. Create a content-rich Web site:Take the PLR content and create a Web site in your niche with lots of great content. This will attract a steady stream of people interested in your niche;keeping customers happy and converting prospects to customers.
15. Take your content-rich Web site and promote products:after you’ve created your Web site put ads and links on there promoting your products or other people’s products as an affiliate
16. Take your content-rich Web site and sell advertising:yes,when you have your site up and you are getting some nice traffic you can sell advertising space to your site
17. Use the PLR content to create surveys:Take the content and for each major point create a question for your survey and offer it online. Minimally,you will learn some customer desires and pain points that you can address with newsletter,products and other things that they would be interested in.
18. Use the PLR content to create assessments:This is similar to creating surveys but you take the answers and provide an assessment of the person in the situation. If could be anything that is specific to the niche and problem. For example,in a dating niche you could provide an assessment of the types of partners that would be best for the person;in the investment niche you could provide an assessment of the types of investments that would best suit the person’s financial goals;in the make money niche you could provide an assessment of the type of thing would be best suited for the person;etc.
19. Create your own article directory:If you have,or can get,sufficient PLR content for your niche then you can create your own niche article directory like a niche specific Ezine Articles.

Offline Marketing

20. Use the PLR content to create offline flyers:If your business can have an offline component that it makes sense to make actual offline flyers for then take the PLR content and create your flyer;it can look like a mini-sales page or even an advertorial.
21. Create offline newsletters:Take the content and create a newsletter that you send to subscribers or customers through the mail via the postal service.

Product Creation

22. Turn the PLR content into a product:Combine your PLR content on the different aspects of the same topic into a report or book and sell it.
23. Turn your Web site into a membership site:Turn the PLR content Web site you created and start charging people to access the content. The content needs to be great and you need to keep adding new PLR content to it though.
24. Take your content-rich Web site and sell it:After you have a Web site created and “live” you can also sell it. If you have traffic,advertisers and a history of making sales you can sell it for more but,either way there are potential buyers for your site.
25. Use articles to create content for others:Take the PLR articles and start an article writing business. You can sell your services and write on topics you have or can find PLR article for. Then rewrite them (remember to change a minimum of 30-40%) to for your clients speeding up your writing process and improving your profit margin;it would be considered ethical to inform your clients of what you are doing.
26. Sell the tele-seminar series:Take the tele-seminars you created with your PLR content and turn them into a product you sell.
27. Modify the PLR content and sell them:Take the PLR articles and rewrite them (remember to change a minimum of 30-40%). Then set the new articles either individually or in sets.
